I was so excited to find this printed on two of my receipts yesterday. Go online, fill out a short survey about your trip (took me less than 5 mins) and print out your coupon for $3 off a $15 purchase! It's free Rite Aid money!
I was able to do it three times so far, receiving three coupons! Check your old receipts as well (less than 14 days old) because the survey code for calling in appears to be working online!
